Black Tears

I made this lovely piece of art in my 2D/3D Design class last semester. it is considered an Abstract Expressionist Painting. It was made my dipping string in pools of black ink. I then dragged the string across the paper and sprayed it with water. Afterwards I dripped red paint onto it. Most people say it looks kinda emo, but the only two colors we had to use were black and red, so that's that
My friend came up with the inspiration for this one. We spread black ink at the top and dripped water on the ink that dripped down the paper. This created the effect of "black tears". This is my favorite of my Abstract Expressionist Paintings.
